Courses
A course can be refunded within [number] days of purchase if you have completed less than [percentage] of its lessons. After that point the purchase is final.
Consultancy services
An order can be cancelled for a full refund before work has started. Once work has started, the refund is reduced by the value of work completed. A consultation can be rescheduled free of charge with at least [number] hours notice.
Digital products
Because downloads are delivered immediately, they cannot be refunded once downloaded, except where the file is faulty and cannot be replaced.
