The terms that apply when you buy a course, order a consultancy service, or download a product from wisebridgex.com.

2. Accounts
You must register to buy or access any paid service. You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for activity under your account. One person may hold one account.
3. Courses
Buying a course gives you personal, non-transferable access to that course for the period stated on its page, lifetime unless a limit is stated. Course materials may not be shared, resold or redistributed.
4. Consultancy services
Each service page describes the deliverable, the scope of each tier and the price. Work begins after payment and receipt of your material. Turnaround is confirmed when the order is scoped. Services support your research; authorship, data and conclusions remain yours.
5. Digital products
Downloads are licensed for your personal academic use. They may not be resold or redistributed.
6. Payment
Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Where value added tax applies, it is shown before you pay. Large orders may be paid in stages by agreement.
7. Refunds and cancellation

8. Academic integrity
Services are provided on the understanding that you will follow the rules of your institution and target journal, including any requirement to disclose the use of AI tools or of research assistance.
9. Liability
We take care to provide accurate, professional work. We do not guarantee acceptance by any journal, examiner or institution. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the service concerned.
