Courses and payment
How long do I have access to a course?
Access is lifetime, including future updates to the course.
Is there a certificate?
Yes. Each course issues a completion certificate with your name, the course title and the completion date, which you can add to your CV.
Are the courses live or recorded?
Recorded and self-paced, so you can study at your own speed. One-to-one help is available through the consultancy services on wisebridgex.com.
Which language are the courses in?
Five courses are taught in Arabic. Q1 UNLOCKED is taught in English.
How do I pay?
Each course and bundle is a single one-time payment by card or PayPal, in US dollars. There are no subscriptions or instalments.
What is the refund policy?

What do I need before I start?
A computer or phone with a browser and an internet connection. No prior publishing experience is needed; each course starts from the basics.
What happens if I have a question during a course?
Use the help page to send your question, naming the course and lesson, and you will receive an answer by email.
Can I study on my phone?
Yes. The academy works in any phone or tablet browser, and your progress is saved across devices.
Do the courses cover AI?
Yes. Using AI from Idea to Publishing and Q1 UNLOCKED teach responsible AI use in research, in line with publishers’ policies on academic integrity.
